Nikki Holmes

Greetings! I'm Nikki Holmes; Broker and team leader of Gold Rush Realty.

Besides leading our team of agents, I work regularly with luxury, equestrian and ranch properties; vacation, mountain, and waterfront homes; vintage and unique homes.

I've been a business owner of one kind or another all my life, although I made time along the way to earn my Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, and to work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and CalTrans for about ten years, too.

I left engineering in early 2003, having realized my real passion is real estate. I'd been an investor and owner of a number of vacation rentals already, and I knew I could help others discover the rewards of real estate ownership. Representing clients through the process of finding the home of their dream, or in resolving some other challenge for them; all of the years of my career have be rewarding.

As an investor coach and a mentor to my agents, I lead workshops on real estate investing; real estate contracts, and strategy for clients. I lead by example, and guarantee you will receive from me the service and attention you expect.

Some of my passion projects from my career have been custom marketing and videos produced for unique vintage homes; custom staging for luxury and legacy properties; strategic positioning of some hidden gems tucked away on mountain lakes or in little known communities. Horse properties are also a specialty of mine, and I am the co-developer and former co-owner of Stage Stop Ranch in Auburn, CA, which was a premiere equestrian facility (and now is home to Gold Country Wildlife Rescue).

By the way, are you an agent? We are always looking for motivated agents, whether experienced or new. We provide referrals and exceptional support to all our agents. Think about coming to Gold Rush Realty -- an "out of the box" brokerage!
